Light commercials and vans

• 2 x immediate PG9 prohibitions
• 3 x no insurance, tax, or MOT
• 2 x overweight – one by 43% (5 tons on a 3.5 ton van)

HGVs

• 2 x hours offences – enforced 24 hour rest periods (one driver had done 21 hours driving with a 1hr 16m break)
• 1 x suspected tacho offences, unproven
• 1 x driver on handheld mobile phone
• 1 x broken side protection bar
• 1 x illegal side window tints
