Issues found included:

• Tippers with un-sheeted loads of soil and rubble –
• 1 x immediate PG9 for non operational roller sheeting
• 1 x immediate PG9 for tyre damage & exposed cords
• Trailers with no visible rear number plates
• No MOT
• Load protruding beyond side of vehicle
• Insecure loads
• Tyres with severe damage to the tread
• Unable to produce required waste transfer documents
• Rear lights or indicators not working
• Identifying numbers on trailer altered & inconsistent
